Your certificate will be sent to you by email. The email message includes the web server certificate that you purchased in the body of the email message.
1) Open the Server Properties console
2) Select KEY RING tab to display the key you created above; it will have a yellow question mark.
3) Right-click on your key ring and select "Attach Certificate to Key Pair"
4) Next, at the bottom of the KEY RING tab, click on SHOW TRUSTED ROOTS
5) Click on ADD TRUSTED ROOT to add our Root CA certificate - the file name is “Equifax Secure Certificate Authority” Just cut-and-paste the following certificate text into a text file:
The root certificate can be downloaded from http://www.geotrust.com/resources/root_certificates/index.htm. Please contact support for advice on which root you will need.
6) Notice that your keyring is now green and ready to use.
7) Click Yes to update the server settings.
8) Restart your server.
9) Test your certificate by connecting to your server. Use the https protocol (e.g. https://your server/) to establish secure HTTP. Note: The padlock icon on your Web browser will be displayed in the locked position if you have set up your site properly.
10) Be sure to save your private key and certifcate !!
