My Credential for Adobe - Registration Process
Registering for My Credential for Adobe® Acrobat® consists of the following steps:
- Review Certificate Practice Statement – The online request form requires the Subscriber approve the terms of the Certificate Practice Statement (CPS) (PDF). The CPS details the obligations of all parties involved in the issuance and use of a My Credential for Adobe® Acrobat® Certificate.
- Online Request Form – GeoTrust will collect information about you and your Organization
(if applicable) needed to begin the Registration process.
- Collect and Fax Information used for Identity Checking – Depending on whether you’re registering for the certificate as an individual or an individual with an organizational affiliation, you will be required to submit proof of identity documentation to GeoTrust.
- Identity Verification – Five to seven business days will be required for GeoTrust to verify the identity information provided in step three.
- Email notification – Subsequent to successful identity verification, you will receive an email detailing the steps required to complete the certificate enrollment
