Cancelling Subscriptions
Customers may cancel a subscription at any time by going to the Manage Billing page and clicking Manage next to the subscription needing a cancellation.
Subscriptions will remain active through the end of the paid for period (unless a refund option is available and is chosen).
Refund Eligibility
Digital content is made immediately available and refunds are only available as follows:

| SSL Certificates | Refund available when cancelling within 30 days. The refund option must be selected during the cancellation process. |
| SSL Certificate (additional domain coverage purchased during middle of subscription period) | Refund is not available. |
| SSL Monitor | Refund may be available if the product was unable to be delivered after purchase. Contact support to request a refund. |
| Vulnerability Manager | Refund may be available if the product was unable to be delivered after purchase. Contact support to request a refund. |
